A mid rise complex that had not been repainted in 15 years. The tenants wanted to paint it back to "cool colors". Many of the architectural features had been damaged, retaining water causing discolorations and stains. We paint exterior, hallways, stair well, perimeter fencing, garage doors, and 30+ space parking canopy.

36 Unit Multi tenant

Condo complex had not been repainted in over 14 years the previous management company had not kept up with repairs. We power wash the all the units, did extensive repairs on doors, window trim, Soffit, and Fascia. Then spot primed repair work and the applied two coats of paint.
